Wallpaper installation is completed—one of those finishing touches that takes a space from construction site to home. From the early stages of the build to the final layers of design, every detail is carefully coordinated and installed with intention.

And of course, no installation is complete without a final inspection from the homeowners’ fur babies. We’re happy to report… four paws approved. 🐾🤍

Planning to build on a corner lot? One of the first things to understand is your property’s setback requirements.

Unlike interior lots, corner lots typically have two front yards, meaning setback requirements apply to both street-facing sides. It’s common to see requirements such as a 25-foot front setback along the primary street and a 20-foot setback along the side street, although these dimensions vary by municipality and zoning district.
