Good morning everyone! Wanted to reach out and let everyone know that this is a mix of Bermuda and St augustine. These types of lawns can be cut much shorter than Kansas lawns with Northern season/cool season grass. You cannot cut tall fescue this short. When cutting the lawn this short requires much more water to prevent the roots from drying out.

However this is a beautiful lawn and a well manicured look. We have some micronutrients on this one along with a fertilization program.

Here's some good pointers or tips to follow about cutting the lawn!
