We haven’t posted in a while so I figured I’d share this gem we wrapped up today. This was a full master bath renovation that started out by investigating “a knocking noise” when using the sink. Said knocking noise turned out to be from the 85 elbows they had originally plumbed the bathroom with. After placing hammer arresters, a knew pressure tank and a new pressure reducing valve dropping the water pressure down to 40 psi it was concluded the only way to rid the water hammer was to replace the plumbing. With opening the walls to replace the plumbing she decided she wanted to just do a full reno. So we replaced the plumbing, the shower, new toilet, new flooring, resurfaced the cabinetry, and resurfaced the vanity top with a custom “Caramel marble” epoxy. Some new lighting and a Bluetooth exhaust fan to polish it all off. The customer wanted a warm feel in her bathroom and I believe she got exactly what she wanted. Thanks Pat for allowing us to turn your vision into completion.
