Here is your long-awaited answers to clue #1.

The video shows the locations from Google Maps.

Somewhere within 10 miles of one of these places: 10 miles as the crow flies.

Small fortune beneath trees: Found in a grove of scrub oak and trees.

Most people will look far: It was 2miles from the video location.

Too High: It was not up a mountain.

Too Deep into the wilderness: Close to a main road.

The trail is easier than you think: Walking trail.
