One thing that sets us apart is how we approach our roof replacements. We take the time to complete them in two separate phases, focusing on preparation and protection BEFORE the new shingles ever arrive!

Our roofing supplier’s delivery crews, who see roofs every single day, have told us we’re one of the few companies they see doing it this way. That’s something we’re pretty proud of! 💪

🔨 Phase 1 – Preparation & Protection
✅ Complete removal of old roofing materials and inspection of roof decking.

✅ Upgraded F5 drip edge for additional coverage along the roof edges.

✅ Ice & water shield along all eaves and rakes. also across the entire front porch roof. Any overhang gets covered

✅ Premium synthetic underlayment for another layer of protection.

🔨 Phase 2 – Roofing Installation
✅ Rooftop delivery of our Owens Corning Duration shingles.

✅ Proper shingle installation and ridge ventilation to help the attic breathe.

Here’s the thing… anyone can make a new roof look good from the street. It’s the preparation and attention to detail UNDERNEATH that make the difference!

We’re not racing to see how fast we can put shingles on a house. We’re focused on installing a complete roofing system that we can confidently stand behind for years to come!

🌧️ Mother Nature hasn’t given us much sunshine lately, but the roof is looking fantastic!

What a transformation! 🔥 We wrapped up Miss Debbie & Mr. Gary’s new storage room addition and covered hot tub area just in time for their party! 🎉

From the challenging roof tie-in and detailed metal flashing, to the ZIP System, cedar shake, board-and-batten accent wall, sliding glass doors, and skylights with remote-controlled integrated blinds — a ton of work and attention to detail went into this one.

And we couldn’t have asked for better customers. Drinks, lunches, breakfast… they treated us like family the entire project. ❤️ Officially earning the BluPoint Customer of the Year Award! 🏆😂

🏠🔨 Another BluPoint project in the books!! This one is pretty special!

We’re a little late getting these finished pictures posted because we snuck away for vacation, but we couldn’t wait any longer to share Miss Debbie & Mr. Gary’s new storage room addition and covered hot tub area!

This project was a big one from the ground up, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Our goal from the beginning was to make the new addition look like it had always been part of the house. Seeing everything finished, especially from above, we think it came together beautifully.

We built the exterior using the ZIP System with all seams taped and sealed, followed by a combination of cedar shake and board-and-batten siding. The covered hot tub area really came to life with the dark accent wall, sliding glass doors, and skylights with integrated remote-controlled blinds. 👌

One of the biggest challenges, and probably the part we’re most proud of is the roof tie-in. Getting the new roof to work seamlessly with the existing roofline took some serious planning and craftsmanship. We also paid extremely close attention to all of the metal flashing and water-management details because the things you don’t see when a project is finished are often just as important as the things you do.

And we managed to get it all wrapped up just in time for their party! 🎉

But we can’t make this post without talking about the homeowners. Miss Debbie & Mr. Gary were seriously some of the best customers we’ve ever had the pleasure of working for. They kept us stocked with drinks, Miss Debbie made us lunches, and even had breakfast waiting for us this morning. They treated us like family the entire time.

So I think it’s official… Miss Debbie & Mr. Gary have earned the BluPoint Customer of the Year Award! 🏆😂

Thank you both for trusting BluPoint Contracting with your home, for taking such great care of us, and for making this such an enjoyable project from beginning to end. We hope you guys enjoy the new space for many years to come! ❤️

We’ve been hard at work the last couple weeks on Miss Debbie & Mr. Gary’s addition, and everything is coming together great! 🔨

Framing inspection with Harford County tomorrow — wish us luck! 🤞 Next up, we’re excited to see the siding, accent walls behind the hot tub, and all the finishing touches bring this project together.

We’ve been hard at work the last couple weeks building this addition for two of our favorite customers, Miss Debbie & Mr. Gary! 🔨🏠

They’ve been keeping us supplied with plenty of cold water through this heat and always making sure we have everything we need. We appreciate you guys more than you know!

Everything is coming together great, and we have our framing inspection with Harford County tomorrow. Wish us luck! 🤞

We’re really excited to get into the finishing stages and see it all come together. The siding, accent walls behind the hot tub, and all those final details that are going to make this project stand out.

And yes, more TikToks and videos are coming! 😂 My Meta glasses haven’t been loving this heat and keep overheating, but I’ll get you guys a good walkthrough soon!
