SEPTEMBER EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH — JADE WALKER

This month, we’re proud to recognize Jade Walker as our September Employee of the Month!

When we asked Jade’s coworkers what they would say about her, the answers were pretty consistent: always positive, always smiling, never in a bad mood, and always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

Jade is one of those people who is always willing to lend a hand. She jumps in wherever she is needed, takes on whatever needs to be done, and consistently goes above and beyond what is asked of her. She has a strong work ethic and takes pride in doing things the right way.

Her positive attitude and willingness to help make a difference every day. She is someone her coworkers can count on, and she brings the kind of teamwork and reliability that makes a great team even better.

Everyone needs a Jade on their team. Someone who shows up, works hard, helps others, keeps a positive attitude, and is willing to go the extra mile without being asked.

BLUE COLLAR CHRISTMAS AROUND HERE. 😂

It might not be Christmas morning to everyone, but around here, when the Richardson 112s show up, it’s pretty dang close.

Huge shoutout to Kevin with Embassy Branding with a Purpose for always taking care of us and keeping us stocked up!

Our guys love their Richardson 112 hats. And when I say love, I mean LOVE.

It usually starts innocently enough with, “Hey, can I get one of those hats?”

Then they see someone wearing a different color.

“Well… I might need that one too.”

And before you know it, one hat turns into a collection. One for work. One for the truck. One for the weekend. And, of course, one that’s apparently too nice to actually wear.

So naturally, we had to add a few more options to the lineup.

And then… we added the camo one.

Now, the real question is: what color do we need next?!

And before everyone says black and white… don’t worry. Those went FAST, and we’ve already placed another order!

The most important job on the crew? Watching the pipe move… and talking about it on the radio.

But seriously, there’s more to it than standing there with a walkie-talkie.

As the pipe is being pulled back, the crew is communicating to monitor the pull, watch for anything unusual, and make sure the installation stays on track. Good communication helps prevent damage to the pipe, equipment, and everything else around the work area.

So yes… he’s just standing there, but he’s also paying attention to a whole lot more than it looks like.

Good communication = a smoother, safer pull.

Monthly Employee Appreciation Breakfast at the Yard!

We had our monthly breakfast at the yard this month. We were missing quite a few of our team members this morning, but we still had a good group together.

This month’s menu was Casey’s pizza and, of course, Red Bull.

It’s always nice to take a break from the work, get everyone together, and have a little time to catch up.

At Capital Technologies, we believe in people first. Our team is the reason we can keep growing, keep pushing forward, and keep getting the job done.

We appreciate every one of you. Thank you for the hard work, the long days, and always getting it done.

Now… who’s ready for next month? What should be one the menu?
