Dock Modification | Lakefront Upgrade 🌊

We recently completed a dock modification that brought new functionality to an existing waterfront space.

This project included adding a new walkway and boathouse to the existing dock, creating additional space for enjoying the water while seamlessly incorporating the new construction into the original dock.

This wall has quite a story to tell.

What began as a retaining wall project quickly became a journey through Cedar Key's history after an archaeological site was uncovered during construction.

We're proud to announce this project is now complete. The new retaining wall will help stabilize and protect this historic property for years to come!
