This might be the -last- pool we ever sell.

And if so. It couldn’t have been for a more deserving family. They now have a backyard to create generational memories in.

You may be wondering. Why the last one?

Well. Pools were a passion project of mine. And really. It was the project as a whole. Not just installing a pool. I’ve turned down installing ALOT of “normal” pools.
It was the walls, the pavers, the art. And. The ability to control it all.

I always wanted mine to stand out. And well. you know how passion goes…I’ve always been consumed in the final outcome. And forgone a lot of the “business” side of it.

No doubt. We made money. However. This business was built around retaining walls. And that’s where we are going to capitalize.

You might see some stuff for sale soon. Don’t freak out. I’m just re-allocating funds. So we can lower our overhead. Increase our productivity. And ultimately. Provide a better service.

And. If you haven’t figured it out by now.

This business was built to serve other business owners.

And change a few people’s lives.

Allow me to explain.

In the “Trades Industry” disclosing “secrets” and “tricks” is simply. Prohibited.
Or at the least. Frowned upon.

However. Alex Hormozi said everything changed for him once he gave it all away. Everything that he had learned up until that point. In business. and life.
He have it all away.

So that’s exactly what I’m doing.

You’ll hear it often throughout your journey in life.
“Don’t forget where you came from.”
Along with many other popular phrases like.
“It must be nice”

Well I’ll be the first to tell you. You never forget where you came from. It’s like a pit in my stomach that never leaves because I’m so AFRAID to go back.

How could I forget working 70-80rs a week to “thrive”

How could I forget building EVERYTHING by hand?
Going in debt more than I should.
Good thing I’m ignorant I guess. Or j never would have done half of it.

Maybe if I was smart like you I would have got a real job. Maybe I shouldn’t have started mowing. Then landscaping. Building. Designing. Structural builds. Multi 6 figure builds.
Maybe I never should have done any of that.

But I’ve always been “different” none of life has ever been “normal”. How could I forget?

And the last one. “You’ve changed”

You DAMN right I’ve changed. You have no clue what I’ve gone through to MAKE this change happen. The situations I’ve voluntarily put myself in to be better. Faster. Stronger. Smarter. More capable. The books I’ve read. People I’ve talked to. Journeys I’ve been on.

Of course I’ve changed. That was the whole damn point.

And you can change too.
Control what you can control.
Put yourself in “hard” situations.
Give yourself 0 options.

And you’ll either win. Or you’ll lose. But. At least you’ll know. I’d rather die knowing I’m a loser. Rather than lie on my death bed wondering if I could have been a winner.
