Ditta Door & Hardware is hiring a full-time Assistant Project Manager for our Jonesboro office.
This in-office position helps manage commercial door, frame, hardware, and specialty projects from start to finish. You will coordinate project details, order materials, track progress, prepare billing information, and communicate with contractors, vendors, customers, and installation crews.
We are willing to train the right person. Construction experience and strong computer skills are required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Manage assigned commercial door, frame, hardware, and specialty projects
• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
• Prepare estimates, quotes, submittals, and change orders
• Order materials and track delivery dates
• Track project status, missing information, and approvals
• Prepare billing information and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with contractors, vendors, customers, and crews
• Report updates to management and follow projects through completion
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through
• Good communication and computer skills
• Willingness to learn plans, blueprints, and project coordination
REQUIREMENTS
• At least 2 years of commercial construction experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Blueprint-reading, estimating, or project coordination experience is a plus
SCHEDULE
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with some overtime. This is an in-person position at our Jonesboro office.
PAY
$40,000–$50,000 per year based on experience. Higher pay may be available for candidates with direct commercial door, frame, hardware, or project coordination experience.
