CAREER OPPORTUNITY!
A Concrete, Inc. is Hiring! In need of Foreman/Finishers/Clean Up person. If you can use power tools, have a thorough understanding of the construction business, have a keen attention for detail, and can keep up with the fast-paced, and ever-changing environment of concrete, come in to complete an application 27034 CR 15 Johnstown CO. Pay is dependent on experience. Job Description responsibilities include but are not limited to as follows:

Foreman Job Description

• Must have a good driving record, you will be responsible for the truck/trailer/equipment according to your assigned crew.
• Communicate with customers/general contractors/supervisors
• Must be able to read plans according to the job
• Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans
• Monitor attendance of crew
• Allocating general and daily responsibilities
• Ensure manpower and resources are adequate for each job
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
• Monitor expenditure on supplies
• Resolve problems when they arise
• Firm up or push back concrete
• Report on progress to superintendent, office, etc.

Concrete Finisher

• Proficient with industry tools
 Power Trowel
 Screeds
 Skates
 Bowl floats
• Experience with Rebar and form placement
• Ability to finish concrete correctly and effectively
• Assist team with the demolition of current concrete structures
• Additional duties requested by Foreman
• Performs all work safely and maintains equipment

Clean up Person

• Using saws, and grinders
• Removing forms
• Taking down caution tape
• Removing boards or nails in wood or concrete.
• Power washing
• Window cleaning (residential and commercial).
• Cut any concrete away that may have squeezed under forms during the pour.
• Wipe splatter off house, fences, windows, garage doors, etc
• Pick up any misc. A-Concrete property left behind
• Performs other job duties as assigned.
• Ability to multi-task, Self-starter, team player and have a “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to work varying shifts, and weekends on occasion.
• Ability to pass pre and post-employment drug screening.
• Ability to handle stress, work independently, manage time and multitask.
• Good driving record to be able to drive Company vehicles
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, and employees.
