Today we replaced a main shutoff valve and fed a boiler drain to check the water pressure and also replaced a couple of valves and added boiler drains and a hose attachment so she can run a garden hose to water plants and her car . Thank you Mabel for having us do the work for you.

Today replaced a section of cast iron drain line that had a split down the back side towards the outside wall. Just some info for everyone cast iron usually splits from hub to hub. The pipe was cut and a piece of pvc schedule 40 and 2 fernco couplings to adapt to the cast iron. It’s a dirty nasty job but someone has to do it and today it was Christian’s Plumbing. Today we installed a water line for a basement toilet added some bell hangers to support the copper tubing. We also added a 1/4 turn shutoff valve and a flexible supply line.

Some photos from a few projects over the last couple of weeks. A little of everything from replacing a copper 90 that pushed off of the tubing to replacing a inline filter and adding unions to make it easier to replace next time and the last ones were removing a meter that was for a outside faucet that was leaking and didn’t need to be there anymore.
