So, I carried out a service on the skid steer, convinced the water pump was on its way out. I went through the whole ordeal—removed the back end for access, drained the water, hydraulic oil, and engine oil, only to discover... the water pump is perfectly fine! 🙄

However, we did uncover a loose bolt with a rattling washer on a shield. Great, right? At least now I know the pump is in good shape! Guess I just gave myself a mini workout for nothing. Who knew a loose bolt could cause all that drama? Just another day in the life of machinery maintenance! 😂

We’ve installed these barrier gates for a new park currently under development. It's a fantastic contract with the county, marking the sixth gate we've completed for them. We're also in discussions to potentially add four more this year. This repeat business is a strong indication that we’re heading in the right direction 😁👍

Our customers now have their gate fully operational after a vehicle-related incident. We’ve installed a new 40-foot gate, along with a new concrete pad, operator stand and operator. Additionally, a hall sensor has been set up for employees on motorbikes to ensure seamless operation, if the bikes don’t trigger the loop for exiting, they can wave a magnet to trigger the gate.

We’ve replaced some of the older openers with these new column-mounted versions. While we don’t typically use this brand and style, they really shine in specific situations where our standard operators can’t achieve the necessary geometry. They’re particularly effective for columns and are still a very good operator.

In addition, we've updated the entry system to a cellular video setup, enhancing our security and convenience.
