Our Customer’s chimney case detached itself from the house during a storm which enabled us to find a good portion of the wall, plates, sills and studs completely rotted.
We reframed, re-insulated and re-sided to match the existing board and batten.
Lastly we fixed the soffit, facia and built a shed roof to cover the existing chimney chase.

A second-floor deck creates a private, elevated and enjoyable space that also adds new visual dimension to your home. We were happy to give this one a total renovation.

We demolished the existing wood deck and railing that had rotted out over time. We stripped it down to the rubber roof, installed new pressure treated sleepers and then continued with moisture shield decking and a Traverse moisture shield railing.

Moisture shield decking is an environmentally friendly product made in the USA from 95% recycled content. Along with the decking, the Traverse deck railing is designed for durability against rot and moisture. These state of the art products from Kingsboro Lumber Co Inc ensures the integrity and quality of this beautiful space for generations to come 🏡
