We partnered with Fireside Construction to get this 2 car garage constructed before the snow flies!
From start to finish we excavated, poured an Alaskan slab and layed 2 courses of block before framing and completing this 24x24 garage. With 2 overhead doors, an entry door, 2 windows, vinyl siding and metal roof, we love the way this one turned out

To brighten up their exterior, our customer chose a white double 4 vinyl siding to cover the original aluminum siding.
We first installed fanfold insulation over the aluminum before installing the new vinyl.
We then accentuated existing walls with vinyl cedar shakes, trimmed all windows with AZEK trim and wrapped the 6x6 posts with AZEK as well.
To tie it all in, the new soffits and fascia gave this cozy lakefront camp some beautifully updated curb appeal 🏡

This 24x24 addition has a Fox Blocks ICF foundation, waterproofed with a 4’ frost wall. What makes ICF foundations desirable?
Not only are they stronger than traditional poured concrete foundations, they are fire, termite and moisture resistant. They also have a built-in insulation value greater than R-20 which yields significant energy efficiency and savings year round 🏡

Our Customer had concerns of some major sagging issues of their first floor and upon inspection we determined that the floor joist system was under engineered.
With guidance from our engineer, we jacked up and stabilized the area so we could install three 9.5 inch LVL’s for reinforcement. We then wrapped the post and beam in natural pine for a bright clean finish. All materials supplied by our friends at Kingsboro Lumber Co Inc

Our Customer’s chimney case detached itself from the house during a storm which enabled us to find a good portion of the wall, plates, sills and studs completely rotted.
We reframed, re-insulated and re-sided to match the existing board and batten.
Lastly we fixed the soffit, facia and built a shed roof to cover the existing chimney chase.
