40 ton roof top we converted to sit on a stand last fall. We fabricated the steel structure for it to sit on then installed crazy large ductwork under and into the manufacturing facility to accommodate the existing structure and had to work around the already running machine shop. Challenging but a good project. Brian and I got the job done right! Couldn't do it without him.

Another happy customer. Removed an oil tank, oil water heater, and a oil furnace. Installed a high efficient Payne LP furnace along with a Navien tankless water heater.
Notice the filter on the inlet on the bottom. That is an anti scale cartridge. Very important to have one installed as well as a replacement on a regular basis. Will keep that water heater exchanger going for a long time. Maintenance is key!!

Nice 2 unit, 5 head Carrier Ductless split system for a good customer. 2nd house we have done for them. Could have used 1 outdoor cond unit but customer chose to have a little redundancy in their life.
We appreciate our customers very much.

My guys did an excellent job replacing this boiler system for a customer. I tried getting a before picture, but it was Fri and these guys were on a tear to be out on time for some much needed weekend rest. Good work, always appreciate them and appreciate our customers

Did you know that it’s important to perform maintenance on your air conditioning unit even when the winter’s approaching? Because some of the warmer climates may receive erratic weather patterns, you could be in for hot temperatures even in the winter and early spring.

Portable air conditioning units vary in price due to their extra features. Higher priced models do tend to be more efficient and easier to maneuver. If portability is essential, it may be worth investing the extra money from the outset.
