NOW HIRING – Fence Installer / General Labor
Good Fence Works of Southern Illinois is looking for ONE dependable, hardworking individual to join our team.
This is not a job for someone who wants to stand around, stare at their phone, or call off every other week. We're looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, and takes pride in doing the job right.
Requirements: ✅ Dependable and punctual
✅ Valid driver's license preferred
✅ Must be able to safely use power tools
✅ Must be able to accurately read a tape measure
✅ Must be able to perform manual labor outdoors in all weather conditions
✅ Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry 80+ pounds (Sakrete, 4×4 and 4×6 posts, fencing materials, etc.)
✅ Fence or general construction experience preferred
✅ Background check required
Pay: 💲 Percentage-based pay per job. There is an opportunity to make very good money for someone who is dependable, productive, and willing to work.
