We specialize in custom residential and commercial construction, with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and dependable ex*****on.

Open Positions:

• Lead Carpenter
• Carpenter
• Laborer

What we’re looking for:

- Strong work ethic & reliability
- Construction experience (varies by role)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail & pride in your work
- Valid driver’s license required
- Positive attitude
- Willing to learn

Role expectations:

Lead Carpenter
• Run jobsites & manage workflow
• Read plans, problem-solve, and lead a crew
• Communicate clearly with team & management

Carpenter
• Framing, finish work, installs, renovations
• Ability to work independently
• Quality-focused craftsmanship

Laborer
• Assist carpenters and crew
• Site prep & cleanup
• Material handling and general construction tasks
• Willingness to learn and grow
