Lead crew in concrete foundations, framing, metal work, finishes, order materials and oversee sub-contractors.

Commercial construction experience required. Ability to read blue prints and effectively communicate with crew and sub-contractors required.

We are a 21 year old commercial general contractor located in Johnson City. No overnight travel. Home every night. Most work completed M-F 7:00-3:30.

HIRING JOB SITE SUPERINTENDENT
Volunteer Building Systems is a 21 year old general contractor located in Johnson City, TN. We specialize in pre-engineered metal buildings, and Lester brand wood frame buildings and concrete foundations.

If you have proven skills of a hands on field job site superintendent, we have an opportunity for you to be home every night, no out of town travel, almost always M-F 7-3:30. Vacation, personal days, holiday pay and company truck or truck allowance( depending on your driving record), safety bonus and more.
Yes, you have to pass a drug test and agree to random test.

This project is under construction in Telford. Nice equipment storage and shop building. I appreciate my guys who get it done, when it’s cold or hot, summer or winter. The owner is super nice to work for and appreciates quality. This is our “Butler” brand building with MR24 standing seam roof. Blessed to have plenty of work.
