We came down a few days ago and removed the existing gutter and wood fascia, then squared up the sloppy rafter tails and attached our laser straight aluminum fascia beam and waited on the building inspector.

He came & said everything looked perfect and gave us the go ahead to proceed 💪🏻

We're back installing our structural gutter to handle the roof rain water and snow, then we'll start framing out the pergola to cover their new deck.

These StruXure Pergola walnut woodgrain finish max louvers will look amazing against the white frame then we'll be enclosing the entire space with MagnaTrack Screens!

So cool when a client sends you this video last Thursday of them being able to use 100% of their patio during the aggressive storm after we recently installed our retractable screens for them.

A quick small job to help close out the week strong. The client needed a rail to pass an upcoming inspection but didn't want anything bulky. I suggested this blackout system with no shine. Black wall terminal fittings, black cable, black post and handrail which compliments the house accents and trim perfectly! Great job on this install gentlemen!

We're back at one of our favorite locations!

We're removing 13 competitor screens that all failed numerous times in the short 3.5 yrs since they were installed and the dealer can no longer fix them

We already have 21 MagnaTrack Screens in operation here, all of which performed flawlessly during hurricane Helene 💪🏻 & haven't required any service in over 2 yrs so it was easy decision for this club to make the switch to our proven product. Soon members and guests can dine regardless of the outside conditions all while enjoying the beautiful panoramic view this property has to offer.
