A client purchased a facility to expand their operation, the facility had a 90,000sf compromised standing seam roof with an outdated rooftop units. We responded quickly with temporary solutions, then guided the client through budgeting and selecting a long term fix. Our team managed the removal of old equipment, recommended a TPO with flute filler, and coordinated necessary modifications all while minimizing disruption.

Another client needed to increase their outdoor play area for the children they care for at their daycare. We led the design, budgeting, and construction of a fenced in play space complete with grading, retaining walls, and operable louver pergolas. The result? A functional, safe, and beautiful outdoor environment for the kids and staff.

A Legacy of Leadership and Integrity

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Mark Schiller our Vice President, Managing Owner, and a driving force behind M3 Construction Solutions for over 15 years.

Mark brought more than 40 years of construction experience to every job site, meeting every challenge with hands-on leadership, honesty, and a relentless commitment to doing right by his clients and his team. He was never one to seek the spotlight, but his impact was impossible to miss. From pioneering deep foundation methods in Chicago to mentoring future leaders in the industry, Mark built more than buildings he built trust, respect, and lasting relationships.

Mark’s legacy is visible not just in the projects he led, but in the way he led with clarity, grit, and genuine care for people. He will be profoundly missed by all of us at M3.

We are grateful for the time we had with him, and we extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and all who knew and respected him.
