Exciting update on our spec house at 849 Hunter Drive in Evansdale! We’ve kicked off the siding installation today, and tomorrow we’ll tackle the deck ledger while keeping the momentum going. We’re going with crisp D4 white vinyl on the sides and back, paired with Board and Batten white vinyl on the front for that charming farmhouse vibe.

The house is officially for sale—check out our listing for all the details! Electrical work just started and should wrap up in about a week and a half. Just finished up this flooring job for a great homeowner.

A fridge leak caused the old flooring to swell and get ruined, so they filed with insurance and had us replace the damaged area. While we were at it, they decided to remove the old carpet and extend the new flooring throughout the space.

Once we tore everything out, we discovered mold and water damage in the subfloor, plus some damage to the lower cabinets. We pushed hard with insurance to get new cabinets approved, but they denied it due to the mold (we didn’t agree, but we worked with what we had).

We carefully removed the cabinets, repaired and treated the moldy subfloor, then reinstalled everything. We replaced one cabinet side panel, some base molding, and toe kicks. After a month and a half of back-and-forth with insurance, it’s all back together and looking good as new.

The homeowner wasn’t home during most of the work, so it didn’t disrupt their day.

Always a good feeling to turn a problem into a solid upgrade. 💪

🏠💨 A small repair led to a big upgrade!

A few months ago, this homeowner called us out to fix some wind-damaged soffits. While we were on-site, we went ahead and did a full inspection of the property—and we’re glad we did! We discovered hail damage on the roof that the homeowner hadn’t noticed.

They contacted their insurance company, and after the adjuster came out to inspect, the roof was approved for a full replacement ✅

Last week, we installed Atlas Pinnacle Pristine Class 3 Impact Rated Shingles in the Hearthstone color. Not only is the home protected with impact-rated materials, but it also got a major curb appeal boost! 🔨🏡

This home got a full upgrade with new vinyl siding, coil-wrapped windows, and repairs to rotten wood, sheathing, and soffits. We cleared out rot around the bottom 4 feet and windows, reframed, added fan-fold insulation, and made it water-tight before siding. New gutters are up next! 🏠 Ready to refresh your home?
