Provided Roofing Services for this monster in Jesup.

This roof had never been torn off in its 120+ years of existence. 4 layers of asphalt shingles & still had the existing cedar shakes on gapped 1x's underneath. Think of the weight this thing has been supporting on the main house. 21 SQ of shingles per layer @ 200+ lbs/SQ plus accessories =18,000 lbs +/- 😳

We Installed new ½" osb Sheathing & CertainTeed Landmark Shingles.

An entirely new Gutter & Downspout system will also ensure that we get the Rainwater to the ground and away from the foundation so this historic home can stick around for another 100 years to come!

Removed existing 2x6 Decking and wooden railing, Relocated and built new stairs, Installed new TimberTech Composite Decking and a Jam Systems, Aluminum Railing featuring a Composite Drink-Rail.

Provided services include: New Home Builds, Additions and Remodels, as well as interior and/or exterior renovations on existing homes and light commercial. We also operate a Rainwater Gutter and Downspout Company in the Cedar Valley.

Areas of operation typically include Black Hawk, Buchanan and Linn Counties.
