The team at Permanent Roofing Specialists appreciated the opportunity to return to the Garnavillo Gospel Hall for another project on their building. After removing the existing Ag panel steel sheeting we installed new 26 gauge 16" Snap Lock panels, along with the necessary trims and accessories. Also 228 ft of new 6" aluminum seamless gutters in White were also installed at this time. The Hall located at 506 South Washington St. is just a block off of highway 52 for anyone wanting to view this great product and see how sharp it looks on the building. We Thank the Christians there for the business!

This home on display this week is the lovely home of Gert Fischels of Independence. The crew finished it as the hot & humid conditions were oppressive for sure. Malarkey Legacy Scotchgard shingles in Midnight Black were recently installed on the home of Cliff and Susan Kehrli of Manchester. After removing the existing shingles it was determined the roof sheeting also needed replaced so the crew installed all new roof sheeting on the home before continuing with the installation of the shingles. These Malarkey shingles are made of rubberized asphalt for superior all weather resilience. New 6" white seamless gutters with Leaf Blaster Pro gutter covers were also installed at this time.
