🔍NOW HIRING — SALES, CUSTOMER SUCCESS & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Diamond Roof Restorations / Halo Construction Group is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us.
This is not a basic office position, and it’s not a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for work to come to them.
We’re looking for someone who can build relationships, create opportunities, communicate well, stay organized, follow through, and help turn opportunities into profitable projects.
✅The right person will help with:
🔴 Responding to leads and following up quickly
🟠 Networking, referrals, prospecting, and
creating new business opportunities
🟡Meeting with customers and helping estimate, present, and close projects
🟢Owning the customer relationship from first contact through production handoff
🔵Keeping CRM information, follow-ups, scheduling, and job details organized
🟣Coordinating communication between customers, sales, management, and production
⚫️Helping improve systems and processes as the company grows
We value attitude, coachability, ownership, communication, work ethic, and results.
Roofing or construction experience is preferred, but we are also interested in strong candidates from backgrounds such as sales, real estate, insurance, automotive, account management, building materials, equipment sales, or other performance-driven industries.
We want someone who sees a problem and works toward a solution.
Someone who follows through.
Someone who can eventually say:
“I’ve got it handled.”
