The right homesite is where a custom home starts. 🏡

Whether you already own property, you’re still searching for the right location, or you’re interested in one of our available lots, we can be part of the process from the beginning.

Looking at the land alongside the home you want to build helps make sure the two work together, from the way the property lays to the views you want to capture and the space your plans will need.

Wherever you are in the process, we’re here to help you find the right place to bring your custom home to life.

A custom home starts long before construction begins. 🏡

It takes thoughtful planning, careful coordination, clear communication, and hundreds of decisions along the way. At J. Davis Homes, our team is there to keep every piece moving and every detail accounted for from the first plans to the finished home.

Because building custom is about more than what you see when it’s finished.

The living room is where so much of everyday life happens, so it should feel just as intentional as the rest of the home. 🏡

From exposed beams and statement fireplaces to custom built ins, natural wood details, and plenty of room to gather, each of these spaces was designed around the homeowners who live there.

That is the beauty of building custom. No two living rooms have to look or function the same.

27 years of building homes has taught us that custom should actually mean custom. 🏡

Every homeowner has a different vision, which is why we aren’t tied to one architectural style, designer, or approach. We build around the people who will ultimately call the house home.

Nearly 100 custom homes later, that’s still one of our favorite parts of what we do.

There’s no better compliment than hearing from someone who loves the home we built for them. 🏡

From custom details to the quality that goes into every finish, we want our homeowners to feel confident they chose the right team from beginning to end.

Thank you, Dana, for trusting J. Davis Homes to bring your custom home to life!
