Last summer, we filmed the story of how Ophoff Companies came to be with EntreLeadership . Aaron shared the pressure that came from rapid growth. As the business grew, culture fell to the side and leadership gaps became more clear. The turning point was realizing what the team needed - a strong leader and a strong culture. This story highlights how Aaron made those priorities a focus, and how it changed Ophoff Companies for the better. Not all masonry companies prioritize the things we do, but it’s what sets us apart.
