💥 126 FEET OF CRAWLSPACE WATERPROOFING DONE RIGHT! 💥
Another big transformation completed this week by Cornerstone Foundation and Waterproofing, LLC !This crawlspace needed more than a quick cover-up. Years of debris left behind by previous workers had accumulated underneath this home, so before we could improve it, we cleaned it out from end to end. Then we went to work building a complete system designed to manage both groundwater and moisture.
This project included:
• 126' crawlspace waterproofing drain system
• Corrugated drainage pipe & sump pit
• Zoeller sump pump
• New discharge line
• Major crawlspace cleanout & debris removal
• Full v***r barrier installation
• ALORAIR Bluetooth dehumidifier for active humidity control
Water below the home can create problems that eventually affect the entire structure. Our goal isn't to hide moisture problems, it's to address where that moisture is coming from and give it somewhere to go.
And these are the jobs people don't always see. Tight spaces. Dirt. Insulation hanging everywhere. Crawling on your stomach for hours. Hauling debris out piece by piece.
But that's exactly where quality matters.

ANOTHER BUSY & BLESSED WEEK AT Cornerstone Foundation and Waterproofing, LLC ! 🙏🏻💪🏻
From underneath the home to the outside of it, our crew stayed after it this week!
Structural crawlspace repairs, permanent steel support posts, floor-system repairs, v***r barrier work, a beautiful paver walkway laid and many various masonry repairs including a chimney tuckpointed porch repairs and tuckpointing of a brick home, mold remediation and other projects grade work and a lifetime warranty drain system installed! We were blessed with another week of doing what we love and helping homeowners protect and improve their biggest investment.
Some of this work isn’t glamorous. It’s dirty, tight, hot, and demanding. But the work nobody sees is often the work that matters the most. A beautiful home means very little without a solid foundation underneath it.
I’m incredibly thankful for my crew and the hard work they continue to put in, and even more thankful for every homeowner who puts their trust in Cornerstone Foundation & Waterproofing, LLC.

🚨 5 DAYS. 3 MAIN SUPPORT BEAMS. 15 NEW FOOTINGS. 15 PERMANENT STEEL JACK POSTS. ONE COMPLETELY TRANSFORMED CRAWLSPACE. 🚨

This one was a BEAST!! But this is exactly the kind of structural work we love taking on at Cornerstone Foundation and Waterproofing, LLC !
When we got underneath this home, we found a support system that had failed and needed much more than a quick fix. We went to work and rebuilt it the right way:
🔨 x3- 27' main support beams replaced
💪 x15-18" × 18" × 10" reinforced concrete footings installed with added rebar
🏠 x15- permanent adjustable steel jack posts
🧱 x17+ failed CMU piers removed
🪚 x20 floor joists repaired
🧼 Light mold remediation completed
💧 All-new v***r barrier installed
And our crew completed the entire project in just 5 DAYS!
But speed wasn't the priority, doing it right was.
I personally cleared my entire estimate schedule this week so I could stay on this project with my crew, train them hands-on, and make sure every phase was completed to the standard I expect from Cornerstone.
To everyone whose estimate had to be postponed this week, I sincerely apologize and appreciate your patience and understanding. When homeowners trust us with the structure supporting their home, that responsibility comes first. And when I'm teaching my crew work of this magnitude, I'm going to make sure they learn to do it correctly, not quickly.
I'm incredibly proud of these guys. They worked hard, listened, learned and absolutely delivered.

Another 130' Lifetime Warranted Basement Waterproofing Drain System installed and another homeowner with some serious peace of mind! 💪🏻🏠
This basement received a complete perimeter drainage system and mold remediation along with wall protection designed to capture water intrusion and direct it where it belongs, Into the drainage system and out of the home.
There’s something satisfying about seeing a basement go from damp, dark and troublesome to clean, protected and ready for whatever comes next.

Another busy and blessed week at Cornerstone Foundation and Waterproofing, LLC 💯🙏🏻❤️💪🏻

This week our crew completed:
💧 Two 80' basement waterproofing drain systems, both backed by our Lifetime Transferable Warranty, helping protect these homes from unwanted water for years to come!
🧱 We also completed a masonry project where we cut down two existing window openings, performed one full window cutout, installed new concrete sills, and completed the necessary tuckpointing to finish everything off properly.

Another blessed week at Cornerstone Foundation and Waterproofing, LLC ! 🙌🏼

This week gave us the opportunity to complete several unique projects, and we're incredibly grateful for every customer who continues to trust us with their homes and businesses.

One of our favorite projects was creating a beautiful checkerboard paver walkway for a local wedding venue. We also graded and leveled the area using 14 yards of soil, creating a clean, smooth foundation that will serve the venue for years to come.

Next, we excavated, formed, and poured a 74-foot curved concrete sidewalk complete with two new concrete steps. From proper excavation to the final broom finish, every detail was completed with care to ensure a durable, beautiful finished product.

We also had the privilege of beginning the restoration of four historic columns at another downtown New Albany wedding venue. Restoring historic masonry takes patience, precision, and respect for the original craftsmanship. This project isn't quite finished yet, but we'll be wrapping it up on Monday, and we're excited to reveal the completed restoration!

Every week is a reminder of how blessed we are to do what we love. Whether it's decorative hardscaping, concrete, masonry restoration, foundation repair, drainage solutions, or waterproofing, our goal is always the same.
