We installed two underground downspout extensions to carry water away from the property, along with a catch basin to collect excess water in the yard. This setup will help reduce standing water and keep the yard drier after heavy rain.

This customer was dealing with poor drainage and a huge low spot in the backyard that was holding water. We came in, corrected the grade, re-sloped both the front and backyard, and prepped everything for seed and straw.

The result? A yard that’s built to move water away properly instead of letting it sit in low spots helping protect the property from standing water, muddy areas, and future drainage problems.

If your yard holds water or needs to be re-graded, Peake Landscaping LLC can get it draining the way it should.
