You, my customers, have become my 2nd family over the years. Being able to help 2 (and in some cases 3!!) generations of families enjoy years of backyard pool time has been a blessing beyond belief.
While I can't seem to find the words to accurately convey just how much I have enjoyed the past 40 years of Pools By Cole, I somehow must find the words to let you, the best customers in the world, know that I will not be re-opening.
Please know that I am still available to talk with you by phone to answer any questions, bounce ideas around or simply chat.
You will all remain in my prayers and hopefully I in yours.

We are getting a lot of calls asking if we are open for the season.
The answer is NO.
We will make a decision about the 2021 season at the beginning of May and post our plans here on Facebook.

Well our most unique pool season ever has come to a close.
Whew - what a year : our opening was delayed by COVID, we struggled through multiple supply chain challenges, and pulled our hair out with phone outages, and those are just the highlights!

We are sending out a HUGE Thank you to our amazing, supportive, patient and caring customers - because of you we made it through!! We always say we have the best customers in the world and you sure lived up to your reputation this season.

God willing, we will see you happy and healthy in 2021.

Are you ready to shop? Our credit card machine is up and running again so come on in!
Leaves are changing temps are dropping, time is getting short for pool time. We have a tentative last day of October 16th. Stop by and get all of your closing chemicals, pool covers, etc.

More good news - "B" cartridge filters came in today!
Yep, this means we have BOTH A and B filters in stock!!

FABULOUS news for all of you with cartridge filters looking for "A/C" filter cartridges. We now have them in stock!!!!!!
There is limited stock so stop in soon. More good news, we now have B filters as well 8/5/20.

We will open for the season tomorrow (Tuesday May 19th). We will have new hours this year, along with new processes to help keep us all safe.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 12:00pm - 6:00pm
Closed Saturday & Sunday
Processes:
*Everyone entering is required to wear a mask. Please come prepared with your own mask as we are unable to provide masks at this time.
*Only 5 customers at a time in the store.
*The floor is marked for appropriately spaced waiting.
*You will be asked to bag your own purchases.
*Hand sanitizer is provided for your use near the entrance / exit. We will sanitize the entrance door k**b before we open and throughout the day.

Looking forward to a splashing good pool season!

We are excited to announce that we will be opening for the 2020 season on May 19th.

For your safety and ours, we will require customers to wear a mask when coming in to the pool store.

Our new hours will be Monday - Friday 12:00pm - 6:00pm
( we will no longer have weekend hours).

Looking forward to seeing everyone - we have missed you!

We are working on creating protocols to create a safe environment for ourselves and our customers and to be compliant with Ohio COVID 19 re-opening rules and guidelines.

Our 2020 opening date has not yet been determined.
