Thinking about a multi generational house plan? Our Canter Way project has so much to offer. With plenty of space to come together or a secluded retreat to find some time alone, this house plan checks many boxes!

We added a pool + spa in a central location and the guest home doubles as an entertainment space when not occupied. It offers 5 bedrooms, 2 flex spaces, a main kitchen, in law kitchen and plenty of outdoor space for entertaining 🏠

Where it began. Our first project! Looking back on this renovation with a smile. It was simple, real and still one of our favorite projects. At the time we were young parents, building a business and giving it all we had. We continue to be grateful for those early beginnings and continue to learn and grow in all that we do!
