Summer may be over but spa season is just getting started.
When we incorporate a pool and spa into a home build, we consider many things- here are just a few:

1. Placement and View - how will this affect the grading and development? How will the area be seen from the inside the home?
2. Electrical and Service Panels- confirm the electrical service is sized appropriately for the home and amenities you want to bring into the build (and plan for future additions, if needed).
3. Aesthetics - creating a space for equipment where it will be accessible but out of sight.
