Here’s some of the latest projects. We completed the flooring throughput the house we’ve been working on. Couple little projects with trim to finish for floor. We gutted and redid a bedroom with all new insulation and drywall. Worked on there stairway and couple smaller projects to finish up inside the house for this year. Everything is looking great!!

Haven’t posted in a while so here is some updated pictures of projects that has been completed and some that are still getting worked on. Sanded and redid some chairs, drywalled and finished a basement in Iowa City, installed new flooring throughout main living in a house. We also completed stone work on the foundation of a house and redid a bedroom with all new insulation and drywall (no pictures of the yet). Also built a small table for the wife. Next project will be coming up.

My guys Redid a bedroom for a family member of mine. Walls were red and blue and had carpet in it. They Primed and repainted walls and installed new flooring and reinstalled base time. Let us know if you need something like this done and we can get you a free estimate.

The boss lady (wife) asked for a change to our fire place wall. So I relocated it in our living room and built us this. I used upper cabinets as base cabinets and built the upper bookshelves with adjustable shelves in them. We added the lights that are dimmers on the top of each bookshelf. The mantle is custom built. We purchasedand installeda 60” electric fireplace that I installed on drawer slides so it comes out for any maintenance if needed. I recessed behind the tv for the electrical and the tv mount so the tv sets closer to the stone. We also installed color changing lights behind the tv for added looks.

We’ve been working on sanding a customers chairs down and staining them. One chair is done and one left to stain. Also installed some signs on wood to hang on the wall.
