𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡! 🦺🚧

There’s more to a career in asphalt than meets the eye. From operating heavy equipment and paving crews to trucking, grading, plant operations, and field supervision, the asphalt industry offers hands-on careers where you can build something you can see and be proud of.

Every road, bridge, and project starts with the people in the field who make it happen. These are careers where you can build skills, build communities, and build a future.

This month, Women of Asphalt – Missouri is celebrating the women who are getting in the field, running the equipment, leading crews, and helping build Missouri’s infrastructure.

One unexpected opportunity. A whole lot of asphalt love. And a sisterhood she never saw coming. 💗

This , we're celebrating Nicole Martin from Capital: Materials, Paving & Construction! From Co-Chairing the WofA Missouri Branch to leading our National Mentorship Committee, Nicole is a wonderful example of what makes our community so special: women who show up, give back, and lift others along the way.

Thank you, Nicole, for the heart and leadership you bring to Women of Asphalt! 👏

📣 We had a great time bringing Women of Asphalt, MAPA, and members of the community together for a behind-the-scenes tour of N.B. West Contracting’s House Springs plant!

👷🏼‍♀️Attendees got a firsthand look at the asphalt production process, plant operations, quality control, and safety practices while learning from the N.B. West team and seeing the work in action.

👏🏻 A huge thank you to N.B. West Contracting for hosting us and sharing their time, knowledge, and experience with our group!
