After fixing the ceiling from the plumbing disaster. Homeowner mentioned a leaky window. Well we ended up reframing the entire exterior main level and second floor walls removed all the rot , flashed along all the block from the chimney, tyvek and siding installed with new windows and stone going on this week !

Just a few final touches on the inside and this sunroom will be a wrap ! Thanks to the Vernon’s for trusting us with their 3rd project! We love yall and appreciate the opportunities that yall have given us !

When you come to fix a ceiling because the previous plumber cut the ceiling joists. And then they ask to have us look at a leaking window. The consequence of improper installation of stone, no moisture barrier, installed directly to the sheeting.

Back at our friends the Vernon’s ! This will be the third job they have trusted us to do! We removed a covered screened porch and now we are in the middle stages of this beautiful four seasons room. Stay tuned more to come!

Covered porch add on for the beaver family. We took down a small cover and added a much larger cover and section of deck. I hope they will enjoy for years to come !

Another bathroom in the books for the Johnsons , unfortunately they had two different companies in this before they found us. But they love what the guys have done. Hopefully yall will too !

The Stinnett remodel , I’m stealing these pictures from Apex Electric. They did all of the electrical and we did all the framing and trim. Hope yall enjoy!

Had to completely remove these doors and replace subfloor in a house less than 3 years old because the builder neglected to do things correctly or thought he was doing them correctly which is worse. Please ask around and find the correct company for the job. This shouldn’t happen. Reach out to us and we will gladly point you in the right direction with the right folks. Don’t let this happen to you!
