WATCH THE BUILD! Prost Builders is nearing completion of the Air Traffic Control Tower in Jefferson City with the interior walls sheet rocked, taped, mudded, and ready for paint. The ADA concrete ramp and stairs come up from the parking lot to the entrance of the tower. Once Prost Builders hands over the keys-the tower will wait for the specialized equipment for the Control Cab (CAB), which is the glass enclosed, 360-degree view room for the air controllers to monitor and direct traffic. The equipment will be installed by the FAA's ATC Facilities and Engineering Services personnel or an approved, non-government, private contractor for regional or commercial operations.

Watch the Build! Prost Builders is in the process of putting the special insulated, tempered, laminated glass on the CAB (cabin) of the new Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at Jefferson City Memorial Airport. It's tricky, time-consuming, and exacting work to place these windows in the frame at the top of the tower. The controllers will be stationed in this glass-enclosed area surrounded by radar, communication, surveillance and navigation systems with ergonomic consoles and chairs.

Watch the Build! Prost Builders design-built 2 structures for Modine, a Jefferson City manufacturing plant, and recently poured a large, new concrete slab for another project on site. The video shows slab work/pours, the rope grooming performed to smooth the new surface (the rope broom is pulled back and forth over the new surface), and the site work going on next to the slab. The 2 design-built structures at the manufacturing plant are in the background.

Watch Prost Builders support Love Columbia at their golf fundraiser! We built their new multi-family, transitional housing complex of six 3-bedroom and four 2-bedroom units that support ten families with children experiencing homelessness. The building is named Love Forward Homes (also known as Gigi's Place) nearby Love Columbia's central office and will provide 4-9 months of family housing while residents receive financial and career coaching specifically adapted for each family's needs. Prost Builders is proud to have played a part in constructing the facility so families can have transitional housing as they move towards permanent housing solutions, while staying connected to support services with Love Columbia's staff.

Watch Prost Builders support great causes like the Special Learning Center! We renovated the new Special Learning Center's much needed, much larger school and newly constructed their SKIP Clinic at Weathered Rock in Jefferson City. As a company that values Special Learning Center's services throughout Missouri's communities-we are honored to support the great work they do for students with this golf fundraiser. The 4th picture is of the great shots Drew and Jason got on the last tee, with Jason winning the prize for the longest tee at a whopping 51 feet!

WATCH THE BUILD! Prost Builders' Team is making progress on the George Washington Carver Office building on Missouri Blvd in Jefferson City. The work began with structural concrete repairs and proceeded to demolishing and clearing all floors wherever needed for the new HVAC systems and additional cubicles. The exterior facade is also getting a change in appearance with new windows and a different paint color. The old parking lot now has concrete curbs and gutters, with the asphalt scheduled to be poured early next week.
