Who doesn't dream of a coffee bar right off the primary suite? We sure do — and this house has it. ☕

Picture this: you wake up, and instead of making the trek all the way to the kitchen before you've had a single sip of coffee, you step a few feet outside your bedroom door into your own private bar with everything you need to start the morning or wind down the evening without ever leaving your wing of the house.

This little nook sits tucked just off a primary suite that's doing everything right on its own. A pair of transom windows pull in soft light and provide you with a view of a wall of pine trees without giving up an ounce of privacy. Just beyond, the ensuite bath continues the story with floor-to-ceiling marble-look tile and a freestanding soaking tub.

We're still in the early stages on this one — brick going up, timber porch posts, roofline taking shape — but you can already tell this house is going to have a lot to say.

There's something about seeing a home at this stage — structural, honest, nothing dressed up yet — that r minds you how much work goes into every finished photo we post.

We don't usually share a build this early, but this one's worth it. You'll want to stay tuned for this one. 👀🔨

This is the moment a screened porch and a great room stop being two separate spaces. 🌲

Oversized black-framed slider doors, a straight-through sightline to the front door, wide plank floors, and a chandelier that anchors it all.

We love these huge slider doors — because a view this good deserves a wall of glass, not a wall.

Not everyone starts a custom build with a blank sheet of paper — and that's perfectly okay.

We are custom home builders at heart. We love designing from scratch, working through every detail of a floor plan with a family until it fits their life exactly. But we also know that sometimes the right starting point isn't an empty page — it's a really good plan that just needs to become yours.

There is no design element more powerful — or more free — than natural light.

Walk into a room that's been designed to capture it and you feel the difference before you can explain it. The space feels larger. The colors feel truer. The air feels lighter. Your mood lifts without knowing why. Science backs it up, and anyone who has stood in a sun-drenched entry like this one knows it in their bones.

This entry does everything right. A paneled glass double front door pulls morning light deep into the space the moment the sun comes up. Light wood floors reflect rather than absorb — bouncing that light back up and around the room instead of swallowing it. White walls keep nothing in shadow.

Not every dream home is measured in square feet. 🌅

This one stopped us in our tracks the moment the lights came on at dusk. White board and batten. A covered front porch made for two rocking chairs and a slow evening. A dormer window that adds just enough character to make the roofline feel like it belongs on a storybook street. Warm light pouring through every window.

This is a home that knows exactly what it is — and it doesn't need to be anything more.

We believe that great design isn't about scale. It's about intention. A home built with care, with quality materials, with a floor plan that fits the people living in it — that's a custom home, regardless of the number on the blueprint.

We love the big builds. The open concept great rooms, the vaulted ceilings, the outdoor living spaces that go on forever. And we love this just as much. A home that is precisely what its owner needed — no more, no less, and not a single corner cut.
