The Shoreline Management Plan: Not every lot is dockable. Alabama Power has strict rules on shoreline footage and setbacks. We verify the permit status so you don’t end up with a view you can’t get a boat to.

Year-Round Water vs. Slough: Smith Lake fluctuates about 14 feet between summer and winter. We use depth-finders to make sure your dock won’t be sitting on dry ground by October.
