The lowest bid isn’t always the lowest-cost project.

Before awarding a commercial construction project, make sure you understand what’s included what’s excluded, and what assumptions were made.

Price matters—but so does knowing exactly what you’re buying.

Hotel renovations require a different approach than traditional commercial construction.

Every decision made on a hotel renovation project can impact:
• Guest satisfaction
• Online reviews
• Occupancy levels
• Revenue generation
• Brand compliance
• Staff operations

A contractor may see a guestroom floor. We see a revenue-producing asset that needs to be returned to service as quickly and efficiently as possible.

At Foundation Business Enterprises, LLC, we approach every project through both a construction lens and an operations lens because successful hotel renovations require understanding both.
