What started as just a half bath is now a stunning FULL bathroom transformation featuring a custom tile shower with a beautiful mosaic accent strip running up the back wall. ✨

To make this happen, we borrowed space from the storage area behind the bathroom, framed up new walls, and completely reworked the layout to create both functionality and style.

This project included:
🔨 Installing a full Kerdi waterproof shower system
✨ Adding a recessed niche with mosaic tile detail
🧱 New tile flooring
🎨 Drywall, paint, and finish work
🚿 Updated hardware in a gorgeous champagne gold finish

But we didn’t stop there…
We also added a large walk-in closet to the neighboring bedroom, giving the homeowners more privacy AND a ton of extra storage space. 👏

And while reworking the layout, we also framed in a brand-new utility room, making the remaining storage area cleaner, more organized, and a much more enjoyable workout space for the homeowners. 💪

This transformation completely changed the feel and function of this area of the home, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! What do you think of this upgrade?

We’re back at this beautiful home—this time finishing off the front with a covered deck that perfectly ties everything together.

We carried those same black hog panel railings through for a clean, modern look, and took it up a notch with a stunning cathedral ceiling featuring exposed black powder-coated brackets. It’s the kind of detail that makes this space feel just as impressive as it is functional.

The full-width staircase adds a bold, welcoming touch while making access easy from every angle.

And just wait… that sunrise view from this covered deck is going to be something special. ☀️

We just wrapped up this brand-new deck on the back of this beautiful home—and it’s ready for everything from laid-back mornings to full-on entertaining.

✨ Upstairs Makeover Complete! ✨

This upstairs transformation is officially finished, and what a difference it made! We started by removing the old carpet and flooring to give the space a fresh start. From there, we repainted the bedrooms, bathrooms, and hallway, brightening up the entire upstairs.

To bring everything together, we installed new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and gave the trim a fresh coat of paint for that clean, finished look. The result is a refreshed space that feels modern, durable, and ready for everyday life.

Another great update in the books and one more home brought back to life. 🛠️🏡
