Though we have been repairing and manufacturing electrical contacts for over 45 years, we still get pieces in we've never seen before! Such was the case with these three finger clusters from a GE FKR-55 oil circuit breaker. They came in with broken and bent fingers and now they are ready to go back into service!

Even after all these years, we still get parts we've never seen before, but are able to repair to new condition. Here is a set of Allen Bradley 150-F317NBD, S3153513 contact points - another new one for us!. They came in with burned up and melted contact pads. We replace the old pads with new ones with the proper silver content.

Here's a batch of IR 6160, 6140, 6060, and 6040 contact sets we just got done repairing. They came in with arced contact pads. We took off the old tips and replaced them with new contact material. Reusing the original copper hardware saved the customer time and money.

A grouping of motor starter contacts we just finished up. A customer sent in samples of both the movable and stationary contacts and we manufactured them in our Jasper, Alabama plant from scratch using copper and silver tungsten.

Here are some before and after photos a switch with water jets. Two of these sets came in with bent blades, leaky jets, and the solder joints were bad on the contact plates. We took the pieces apart, re-soldered the joints, silver plated all the copper parts with 0.9999 pure silver, and cleaned up all the associated hardware. The customer was so pleased, they sent in two more for repair.
