✨ Meet the Team Monday: The Office Crew! ✨

You’ve met some of the faces out in the field, so this week we’re bringing you the people behind the scenes! 👋

Meet Brittany, Kristin & Elijah. The office crew helping keep Slater Floors moving from the inside out.

📱 Brittany is our administrative go-to, handling customer communication, clerical needs, and, of course, the social media posts you see right here! If you’ve called, emailed, or messaged Slater Floors, there’s a good chance you’ve talked to her.

🧾 Kristin keeps our books in order, but she’s no stranger to the job site! Before stepping into her office role, she was a crew lead in drywall, sanding, and painting, giving her a unique perspective and plenty of hands-on experience.

✏️ Elijah handles customer communication, design appointments, and estimates. He’s also our resident drawing and wording guru, bringing projects to life on paper and helping turn ideas into a plan.

So now you know who’s behind the phones, emails, estimates, designs, books, and Facebook posts! 👋

There’s more happening under the deck than you might think.

Don’t overlook that space underneath! Whether you’re looking for structural reinforcement, a full under-deck enclosure, or a clean, finished look, our team has the experience and craftsmanship to make the most of it.

From the structure you don’t see to the finished details you do, quality craftsmanship is in every step. 🛠️🏡

Here’s a look at some of our completed under-deck projects!

Have an under-deck space with untapped potential? Let’s make something of it. 😉

👀 Ever wonder what happens between the “before” and “after”?

Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at this sunroom transformation!

Before the finished door, windows, and fresh paint came together, there was plenty of work happening behind the scenes. From removing the old materials to prepping the space and installing the new, every step plays a part in the finished product.

The transformation is the fun part to show but, the process is where the work really happens. 🔨🏠

Before ➡️ After

A little refresh can go a long way.

This sunroom got brand new windows, door, and a fresh coat of paint and the difference speaks for itself!

A cleaner look, brighter feel, and a space that feels brand new again.

What do you think of the transformation? 🏠

✨ Meet the Team Monday ✨

Meet Jeff and Isaiah! 👋

These two are part of the crew putting in the hands-on work that brings our projects to life. They’re both talented installers, hardworking, and, most importantly, good friends who make a great team.

You’ll find them out on the job getting the work done, paying attention to the details, and probably giving each other a hard time while they’re at it. 😂

We’re grateful to have guys like Jeff and Isaiah on the Slater Floors team. The craftsmanship matters, but having good people behind the work makes all the difference. 🏡🔨

• Good friends. • Great installers. • One heck of a team. •

⭐️ A Vision Brought to Life ⭐️

What started as a picture and an idea became this incredible fully custom cabinet, handcrafted specifically for our client’s home.

Don took the original concept and turned it into reality, crafting the piece in his shop before bringing it to our warehouse for assembly. From there, our Slater Floors team carefully transported and installed it in the home, and Don came back to add the finishing hardware and final touches.

It took weeks of work, attention to detail, and a whole lot of teamwork to bring this one together and the finished product is truly something special.

A huge shoutout to Don at Don Naughtin Custom Woodwork for the incredible craftsmanship that went into every detail, and to our Slater Floors team for the hard work that went into getting this beautiful piece from the shop to its new home.

We’re proud to be part of projects where we get to see an idea go from concept 💡 → craftsmanship 🔨 → completion ✔️

Swipe through to see the process behind the finished piece! 💛🖤💛🖤

Meet the Team Monday: Steve ✨

If Slater Floors had a baseball team, Steve would definitely be our utility player. ⚾

Steve primarily handles estimating and project management, but that’s definitely not all he does. From picking up materials and keeping the warehouse organized to making sure our vehicles stay maintained and jumping in wherever he’s needed, Steve is always willing to lend a hand.

Basically, if something needs to get done, there’s a pretty good chance Steve can help make it happen!

We’re lucky to have someone who’s always ready to step up, pitch in, and keep things moving. Thanks for being our go to guy, Steve! 💛🖤

⚾ Utility player. 🛠️ Problem solver. 👏 All around good guy.

Meet The Team Monday ✨

Meet our dynamic duo that keeps our projects moving!

If you’ve been around one of our job sites, you’ve probably run into Kristan and Mo!

As our project managers, Kristan and Mo are the ones meeting with contractors on-site, checking in on jobs, supporting our installers, and making sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. And if an extra set of hands is needed, don’t be surprised to see them jump right in and get to work themselves.

Kristan brings years of experience, while Mo knows the work from the ground up, having been an installer for Slater Floors herself.

These two are hardworking, knowledgeable, and always keep things fun around the job site. Whether they’re putting out fires, sharing a laugh, or making sure every detail is just right, we’re lucky to have them on the Slater Floors team!
