A great porch idea coming your way! ☀️
We recently completed this covered porch over a concrete slab at a new home build. The customer said they may want to screen it in the future, so we recommended putting a frost depth footing under the entire perimeter of the concrete slab. This way their future screening won’t move up and down with the freeze and thaw that happens in our region.
