⚡️On April 14th a massive hail storm hit Waterloo, Iowa again! Today we are installing these new GAF Timberline HDZ Cliffside Shingles for this customer!

After insurance coming out and meeting with an MPC Manager at this customers property, we were able to quickly reach an agreement on scope of work. Then we were able to pull permits and get this roof started in a timely manner after picking out colors/products with our customer!

When you have MPC involved in your claims process from the very beginning, doing our thorough own inspection for storm damages, meeting with your insurance adjuster, going over ALL damages, and being able to reach an agreement with the insurance company the first time around makes a huge difference in how fast the claims process goes. This customer had us stop out to their house for an inspection after a hail storm passed through the area on March 10th, and insurance only initially paid for 24 SF of vinyl siding. Due to our teams highly trained expertise, we were able to get all our photos and documentation needed to help this customer maximize their claim due to Iowa laws and codes to help this customer get ALL of their siding approved! After that, they chose to upgrade to LP Diamond Kote- Midnight with all white trim! This customer is so excited to come home from vacation to a brand new looking home 🏡 Stay tuned for updates! 🙂

Wrapping up another siding job on a Saturday out in Iowa City, IA before more storms roll in! Farmers Insurance initially came out and paid for only 69 SF of siding, due to MPC personnel being very knowledgeable on Iowa laws and codes, we were able to come to an agreement with insurance to get all the siding approved on this property.

Customer chose Mastic Carvedwood 44 Almond to go with his brand new GAF Timberline HDZ Barkwood Roof & new white gutters and downs that we installed as well! This customer has been great to work with, and has been completely satisfied with MPC personnel going above and beyond for him and having great communication through the entire process! 🙌

The new Bold GAF Timberline HDZ color Cliffside has become very popular w/ MPC clients and that's exactly the color we installed on this home and garage... we also upgraded the Ventilation installing the Snow Country Advanced ridge Vent, W-valley, and Reflashed the chimney.

3" heavy hail hit the Madison area on 4/14 and our Southern WI TEAM is all over it! This client wanted this to be the last roof he put on in his lifetime so he chose to upgrade to the Class 4 GAF Camelot 2 Antique Slate Roofing System- Copper W-valley, Tiger Paw Synthetic Felt, Timbertex Ridge Cap, Storm Guard Ice and Water Barrier All Included!

Pairing the Antique Slate w/ Charcoal Gray gutters was the Best Color Scheme Option on this project and Another Very Satisfied Customer is happy they chose MPC to handle their storm claim and repairs to their home!
