🏠 Project Update: Fire-Damaged Home Rebuild

Big progress on this special rebuild! We’ve officially completed the framing and roofing phase of the home. After a devastating fire resulted in a total loss, it's exciting to see the structure take shape once again.

With the walls framed, roof installed, and the home's footprint fully visible, we're one step closer to bringing this family's home back to life.

Up Next: Window installation! Once the windows are in, we'll have the home dried in and ready to move forward with the next phases of construction.

We're grateful to be part of this family's journey and look forward to sharing each milestone along the way. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue building toward move-in day.

Rebuild Update: A New Beginning Takes Shape

Last week the rebuilding process has reached a major milestone.

The foundation walls are complete, underground utilities have been installed, and the basement floor has been poured. While it may not look like much yet, this is the stage where a new home begins to rise from the ashes.

Rebuilding after a fire is about more than construction—it's about helping a family move forward and creating a place where new memories can be made. We're honored to be part of that journey.

Next up: framing, and for the first time, the shape of the new home will begin to emerge.

Stay tuned as we continue sharing the progress of this incredible rebuild.

🔨Switching gears a little on our project update. Just a short time ago, this home suffered major storm damage when a large tree crashed through the roof and second story. The destruction was overwhelming — but progress is well underway.

Yesterday, all damaged sections were removed and existing parts of the home were secured. Next up, the reframing. These projects take a lot of coordination, planning, and craftsmanship, but seeing the transformation makes it all worth it.

We’re grateful to help bring this home back stronger than before. More updates to come as progress continues.

The Details That Make It Their Home - Rebuild Update

Before the first cabinet is installed or the countertops are set… this is where the real vision starts to come together.

Together as a family, they selected their cabinets, countertops, and hardware. These choices may seem small in the big picture — but they’re what bring the home to life and give it personality.

We guided them through each step of the process, making sure every detail worked together seamlessly — not just for day one, but for years to come.
