The legend goes that if you say OUT LOUD Rabbit Rabbit before you say anything else on the first day of the month, you'll have good luck all month!

Let's talk well caps for a minute. We know they don't look THAT important but your well cap does more than cover your well...It helps keep insects, debris, and surface water from entering your drinking water supply.

Check it regularly for cracks, loose fittings, or other damage. A secure, properly sealed well cap is a small part of your system that plays a big role in protecting your water!

Well, well, well...(😂)

As much as we hate to admit it, fall is in the air. 🍁 That means it's time for a little well checkup and maintenance for the season ahead:

✅ Inspect the well cap for cracks or damage
✅ Clear leaves and debris from around the wellhead
✅ Check for leaks or changes in water pressure
✅ Notice any changes in taste, color, or odor
✅ Make sure exposed pipes are protected from freezing
✅ Schedule a water-quality test if it’s due

A little maintenance now can help prevent problems this winter. If something doesn’t seem right, you know who to call. 😉 (716) 338-3966
