Flower season is over. 🌸🤍

Before winter comes and closes up the garden, I just want to say thank you.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by my stand, brought home a bouquet, shared my posts, told a friend about my flowers, or simply took a moment to support my little flower farm. And especially to my family, who have supported me along the way.

A little thank you to two fellow flower growers who shared a few blooms I don’t grow myself. It was lovely to bring a little more variety to my bouquets! 🌸

There’s something pretty incredible about growing something with your own two hands and watching other people fall in love with it, too. I’ll never take for granted that something I’ve poured my heart into has found its way into so many of your homes.

It’s been a year of learning, growing, meeting wonderful people, and watching this little flower farm find its place in the community. I’m so grateful for how far it’s come and excited to see what the next season brings. 🌷

For now, the garden gets to rest while I dream, plan, and look forward to another season of growing.

Thank you for being part of this little dream and helping it grow. I couldn’t do it without you. 🤍

Until next season. 🌸

The flowers are cold, a little tired, and beginning to fade with the season. But somehow, they found the strength to bloom one more time. ❤️

There’s something beautiful about these last flowers. They may not be as perfect as they were in the warmth of summer, but they’ve given everything they had.

And I’m grateful for every last bloom. 🌿💐

The frost came a couple of nights ago. ❄️

I was able to cover and protect most of the blooms and buds, and I’m so grateful we made it through.

But the end is here. The flowers are tired, cold, and ready for a rest. 🌿

This weekend will be my last farmers market of the season. 💐

One last harvest. One last market. One last weekend of bringing you flowers from my garden.

Then it’s time to rest, dream, and start planning for next season. 🤍🌸

I’m just not ready yet. 🌿

I’m not quite ready to call this season over. This was my first full season as a flower farmer—full of ups, downs, surprises, beautiful moments, and so many lessons.

For now, I’m covering everything I can and crossing my fingers that Mother Nature gives us a little more time. 🤞🏼 I’m hoping these covers can protect the flowers from a hard frost and maybe—just maybe—stretch this season another week or two. 🌸

I’m not saying goodbye yet. There are still flowers to grow, harvests to make, and a little more season left to enjoy. 🤍🌿

The season is definitely winding down… and this might be our last weekend! 🥹🍂

But with flowers, you never really know — so we’re taking it week by week and enjoying every last bloom. 🌼💐

Come grab a bouquet while they’re still blooming! ❤️

🌸 The secret behind those perfect dahlias… 🤫🌸

Those little organza bags aren’t just for looks! I individually bag many of my dahlia blooms while they’re developing to protect them from rain, wind, bugs, and those pesky little visitors that can leave marks on the petals. 🐛🦋

It takes a LOT of extra time to bag them, check them, and carefully remove the bags when they’re ready… but the payoff is worth it. 💕

That’s how I get those clean, full, picture-perfect blooms with soft, flawless petals. 🌸✨

And yes… there is something very satisfying about finally taking the bag off and seeing the finished flower underneath! 😍

A little behind-the-scenes look at what goes into growing flowers for you—from bud to bloom. 🌱➡️🌸
