A lengthy home remodel just finished ✔️

The crew started this project back in early March and have been back and forth since to complete this home.

The house was on the verge of being torn down due to its deplorable condition but it was purchased in a foreclosure sale and thankfully the crew was able to bring it back to life.

Prior us starting, three 30 yard dumpsters full of trash and debris were hulled out of the home. The house was filthy with dirt, grime, and spider webs all throughout the home.

We:
- preformed a thorough deep clean of home
- removed and installed new drywall
- kitchen remodel
- bathroom remodel
- new vinyl flooring
- new interior/ exterior doors installed
- new lights and outlets
- new molding installed
- primed and painted interior of home

Great conversation, great people, and a great opportunity for Chautauqua Brushworks!

Today we had the opportunity to sit down over lunch with Shawn, VP of Sales at Sherwin-Williams, and Roger, the Buffalo Regional Sales Representative.

It was a great chance to step away from the jobsite and have some real conversations about the painting industry—from products and application techniques to customers, business, and what we’re seeing in the field.

We’re always looking for ways to learn, improve, and provide an even better experience for our customers. Having the opportunity to connect with people who have so much knowledge and experience in the industry is something we truly appreciate.

A big thank you to Shawn and Roger for taking the time to meet with us. We’re looking forward to putting some of these insights to work!

This job was probably one of the best all around experiences for us and the crew!

We recently had the privilege of working with Dan and Amy on a very special project. After the passing of a loved one, they were faced with the task of preparing their childhood home for the market — and it was incredibly rewarding to help give this home the much-needed facelift it deserved.

From start to finish, this project was a true transformation. We:

-removed and Installed new drywall in the laundry room, stairway, and upstairs hallway

-Completed extensive skimming and drywall repairs throughout the home

-Painted the entire interior

-Gave the kitchen a much-needed update

-Freshened up and updated the bathroom

-And brought new life into a home filled with years of memories ✅

Dan and Amy were absolutely wonderful to work with — kind, understanding, and so easy to work with throughout the entire process. One of the most rewarding parts of this project was watching their childhood home transform right before our eyes. There’s something special about being able to take a home that holds so many memories and help prepare it for its next chapter. ❤️

Another major transformation completed by the team! 🎨💪

We had the opportunity to completely refresh a 50-unit apartment building that once had worn-out purple hallways, bright blue doors, and dated aqua laundry rooms 🤮 . After roughly a month of hard work and over 70 gallons of paint, we turned the space into a clean, modern look with warm tan walls and sleek dark grey doors.
