No wood at ground level. That’s intentional.

Instead of a conventional wood skirt board, we use a high-density polyurethane skirt board — giving the base of the building a durable, moisture-resistant solution that won’t rot like wood.

Combined with our concrete pier system, it’s one more way we’re designing longevity into the building from the ground up.

Because if you’re building for generations, you have to start at the ground.

Greg was more than a teammate—he was a blessing to all who knew him. While we grieve his loss, we also hold onto the promise of eternal life and the peace that comes from knowing he is in the presence of the Lord.
