Once materials are delivered from the supplier, the GCS Project Manager checks the delivery to make sure the needed materials are on site and staged properly before construction begins.

Every afternoon, the shelves in the GCS load-out bay are stocked and organized for the next morning.

More progress on the Van Brunt Project — and this one is really starting to take shape!

The metal roof is complete, side metal is going up, and the final interior wall systems are being installed.

The porch concrete is poured lower than the living quarters slab to help prevent water from running back toward—and into—the living quarters.

It’s a small detail that can makes a BIG difference over the life of your building.

This project is a 50x80x12 stud-framed classic car garage right in the heart of a small and charming American town!

Front and center, a gable timber-frame porch commands attention, complemented by an eyebrow roof over the front entry door that adds even more character.

Inside, this custom space features a classic car garage, loft area, full bar, and office—bringing work, entertainment, and a passion for cars together under one roof.
