We recently helped out a lovely elderly client in Panania who first called us about a leaking hose tap. After replacing it with an easy to use quarter turn tap, she loved how simple it was to operate and asked if we could upgrade all of her bathroom tapware to match 😊

We replaced the old gold tapware with a modern chrome quarter turn set, making everyday use much easier while giving the bathroom a fresh new look.

While we were there, we also installed a new PVC vanity to replace the existing unit, which had suffered minor water damage. Being PVC, the new vanity is far more durable and won't be affected by moisture in the future.

A simple upgrade that made a big difference, leaving another happy client with a bathroom that's easier to use and built to last ❤️ ✅

Backflow Prevention Test Failed = Replacement! 👇👇

We perform regular annual testing on our clients backflow devices all over Sydney. These devices are registered and are required by Sydney water to be tested as they pose a risk of contamination to our potable drinking water supply.

On this job we performed our backflow test and it gave us a reading on the valve which indicated the valve was faulty ❗
⭐ We instructed our client about this situation and the risk it posed, recommending that we would need to either make repairs or perform a full replacement of the valve.
⭐ Our client opted for a replacement of the valve as it was an older style valve and was in poor condition.
⭐ We then removed the old valve, reinstalled a brand new valve & then proceeded to retest the new valve. Once the valve passed our test we were confident we could fire up the system and let it do its job! 😁🎉

Pressure Reducing Valve installation in Port Hacking 💧

While on site, we noticed this property had excessive incoming water pressure. Whenever we come across this, we always recommend our clients install a Pressure Reducing Valve to help protect their home.

A PRV limits the incoming pressure to 500kPa or below, helping protect your pipework, taps, toilets, appliances and hot water system from unnecessary stress.

Also something many homeowners don't realise, if your water pressure exceeds 500kPa, some insurance policies may not cover water damage caused by excessive pressure.

It's a simple upgrade that can prevent expensive repairs down the track, which is why we always recommend it when we identify high water pressure during our visits 😁👍

Stormwater upgrade & repairs 👇

We were recently engaged by one of our trusted builder/landscaper clients to help solve ongoing stormwater issues at their customer's property.

After CCTV investigations, we discovered the site had no effective gravity drainage, meaning the stormwater system was permanently charged and holding water.

To fix the issue, we:

• Installed approximately 30m of new 100mm PVC stormwater pipework
• Connected a strip drain and 2 future pergola drainage provisions
• Created a permanent drainage solution to capture and redirect runoff
• Repaired a heavily damaged connection into the shared easement stormwater line

The result is a much more effective system that will help keep the yard dry and free from ongoing water issues ✅

Gas cooktop upgrade 🔥👇

Our client recently moved into this property and didn’t like cooking on the electric cooktop - so we helped upgrade them to a gas cooktop.

We worked through the best way to run the new gas line discreetly while still keeping everything neat, tidy, and functional. The new supply was run from the existing hot water system, through the pantry, and into the kitchen cabinetry with minimal visual impact.

Safe to say the client was stoked to be cooking with gas that same day 👌✅

Laundry rough in/drainage at our Bardwell Valley project 👇

Back on site continuing works at this property after previously completing the kitchen and bathroom renovations ✅
This stage included the drainage and full water rough in for the new laundry area, all prepped and ready for sheeting, waterproofing, and tiling.

Stormwater emergency response 🌧️👇

We were called out to one of our client’s commercial properties after heavy rain caused flooding through the carpark and into the building.

The issue came down to completely blocked stormwater pits... filled with dirt, leaves, and debris, stopping the system from doing its job.

What we did:

• Pumped out excess water from the site
• Cleared multiple bins worth of debris from stormwater pits
• Restored flow through the drainage system
• Cleaned up the affected areas

Everything back up and running with no further flooding ✅

This is a good reminder why ongoing maintenance is key! without regular checks and cleaning, these issues can quickly turn into costly disruptions for businesses.
