Another yard level wrapped up ✔️

Got this one prepped and ready with some drainage installed as well — customer is laying the sod themselves, but we made sure the foundation is right so it turns out clean.

We don’t just stop at grading though — we install sod, irrigation, pavers, mulch, driveways, and everything in between.

Wrapped up a solid job with 11 loads of fill and 2 loads of topsoil to get this yard shaped right. We’ve got it grass seeded, strawed, and stamped in to hold everything in place until irrigation goes in — keeping that clean crown and grade exactly how it should be without tearing it up.

Once irrigation is installed, we’ll be back to lay sod and really bring it to life. This project will also include two brand new rock beds, fresh plants, and a full refresh of all existing beds around the house.
