Ten years sounds like a warranty.
It's actually a standing appointment.
Every JBL Roofing warranty includes a free inspection every year, for the full ten years. Not the kind where someone glances up from the driveway and hands you a scary quote. We're actually getting up there and checking flashing, seals, ventilation, and shingle condition, the stuff that quietly wears down long before you'd notice it from the ground.
Here's why that matters. Almost every roof failure we see didn't start as a failure. It started as a lifted shingle, a cracked pipe boot, or a seal that dried out in the Florida heat. Caught early, those are simple fixes. Left alone through a couple more storm seasons, they tend to turn into decking damage, or water finding its way into your attic.
That's the real math behind the warranty. It's less about the ten years on paper, more about someone actually checking in on your roof before a small problem becomes a big one.
